Across the 7 high-intensity interval stations, we’ll get your heart pumping to the beat of our bassline by working the full body at maximum effort with just short bursts of rest to allow you to build up a big phat calorie deficit.
This means you continue to burn off last night’s blunder long after you finish – #winning
STRENGTH - TUESDAY
You’ll be tearing up the floor working the full body including; chest, back, buns, legs, guns and shoulders.
Make sure to pair with a weekly cardio class to strip the fat to expose that killer physique!
LIFTED - TUESDAY
Strength & Conditioning in a fun & supportive group environment. Want to build a strong, lean and powerful body? LIFTED enables us to unleash our inner warrior, the beautiful equilibrium of being strong, yet soft. It's not necessarily about training for aesthetics, it's working as a team to develop our physical performance to the best of your ability, get out your comfort zone, recover like a boss, and the physical and mental results will follow.
EXPECT TO LIFT! Here we teach technique and form to ensure you feel confident lifting a weight that challenges you. Get lost in the music, work hard, train smart, recover harder.
ENDURANCE - WEDNESDAY
For those of you wanting to maintain a higher level for longer, this is the class for you.
Perfect for conditioning your body to play sports, or to run and cycle faster and stronger, coupled with our motivational mega-mixes, you will gain higher energy levels and an increased base level fitness to go and kick-ass at whatever life throws at you!
CORE - THURSDAY
The Core class focuses on two components - not only will you be working to strengthen and tone those soon-to-be washboard abs but in order to reveal that sculpted waist and fiery core we’ll also be working to strip fat with localized short, yet intense bursts of cardio.
Burning through the upper and lower abs, obliques, TVA and lower back, and finishing a healthy dose of zen with 5 minutes of meditation - we’ll have you standing tall in no time.
SHOWCASE - FRIDAY & SATURDAY
Kick off your weekend with a bang in our most popular signature Showcase session that will test your legs, arms, abs and cardio system!
Mixed to our most euphoric of playlists to push you through, each station involves large compound movements that use multiple muscle groups. Larger movements require more energy, therefore you work harder and burn more calories – simples.
For those that have just 1 workout slot each week (shame on you) – this is the class to do!
If you’re new to Ministry does Fitness we do NOT recommend starting with Friday Finisher unless you have serious, serious balls. It’s like one of those pre-workouts that make your skin itch! Beats rockin, sweat dripping, legs shaking, might pass out/vomit/fall over but you love it. The ultimate way to start your weekend, no holds barred!
NERVE, the full body workout, gets harder with each visit and leaves you asking for “No More” whilst educating you with the science behind your training to build you as an athlete. But we’re not here to just listen to big beats, burn those biceps and say goodbye! NERVE finishes you off with active mobility training to enable you to perform higher at all that life throws your way. Have you got the nerve?

DEFINE - TUESDAY
DEFINE is here to help you achieve a strong, lean, sculpted body through an evolving mix of fitness exercises. DEFINE uses cardio infused sequences throughout the class to keep your metabolic rate up. While we stick to a formatted class no workout is alike because we change up the choreography every class to keep your muscles guessing.
DEFINE is designed for all fitness levels. As long as you have a positive attitude, we promise to give you that burn and shake that leaves you wanting more. Our focus on alignment and strength results in better DEFINE posture, better DEFINE movement, and most importantly a better DEFINE YOU.
