REST DAY AND WHY WE ALL NEED IT

I bet your thinking Yaawwwwnnn..... I've heard it all before and if I stop moving for just one day out of the 7 I won't ever achieve my goals. Well listen up because we have got the best of the very bet telling you the home truths: 

@melissaweldonuk "Better to do 5 classes like a fucking boss, than half assing 10. Remember never half ass, always use your full ass"

Use the experience to motivate you, not limit you, get comfortable being uncomfortable and push yourself that little bit further that you are willing to go, get to that place, that's where the change is, that's the good part. as important as it is to give everything you have in class, what's more important is your focus on recovery and nutrition, if you worked hard in that 45 minutes, you shouldn't be able to do it again that day,refuel, rest and com eback stronger the next day or so. I recommend a strong mix of strength and conditioning training 4 or 5 times a week, lots of sleep, water, balanced nutrition and badass attitude. That will get you fit AF, trust me!"
